Elaboration

The olive oil elaboration plant is equipped with three cutting-edge continuous centrifugation systems with a capacity to process 750,000 lbs of olives a day.

Once harvested, olives are grinded within the first 24 hours to ensure the best quality of the oil, which is then stored in the cellar in stainless steel tanks.

Bottling

We use the best technology available for bottling our products. Our bottling machine injects nitrogen inside the bottles thus preventing air from contacting the oil which maintains its quality. Ours is the only second machine of this kind in Latin America.

EXTRACTION - The plant is equipped with three cutting-edge continuous centrifugation systems.
ELABORATION - The olives are cold pressed within the first 24 hours after harvesting.
TANKS - Immediately after the olive oil has been extracted, it is stored in gigantic stainless steel tanks.
BOTTLING - An injection of nitrogen prevents the olive oil of contacting the air during the bottling process.
LABELING - Label and cap are the final touch for a premium quality product.
QUALITY CONTROL - Every step in the process is carefully monitored by experts.
